Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisis Perbandingan Biaya Pekerjaan Bekisting Plat Menggunakan Metode Sistem (Table Form) Dan Semi Sistem Pada Proyek Apartment Meikarta, Nama : Komarul Umam, Nim : 41115310071, Dosen Pembimbing : Anjas Handayani, ST, MT, 2020. Proyek Apartement Meikarta merupakan proyek yang dikerjakan oleh PT. Abadi Prima Intikarya sebagai salah satu subkon Struktur. Proyek Apartement Meikarta Tower 53021 Memiliki gedung utama seluas 36.101,16 m2, dan total luas tanah 3.563,2 m2. Bagian ini terdiri dari 3 Podium, 18 lantai apartemen, dan 4 basement. Proyek yang dijadwalkan selesai dalam waktu 10 bulan ternyata mengalami keterlambatan, hal ini diakibatkan karena pada saat pelaksanaan proyek menggunakan metode bekisting semi sistem sehingga alur pemasangan bekisting dan pengecoran menjadi terhambat. Dengan beberapa pertimbangan, diubahlah metode bekisting yang digunakan dari metode Semi system menjadi Sistem (Table Form). Pada tahap ini dimulai dengan observasi lapangan, Studi literatur meliputi pengumpulan informasi, Kegiatan perumusan masalah, Data primer dan sekunder serta pengolahan analisa data dengan metode Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan SNI (AHS-SNI) 2018 Untuk menghasilkan harga pekerjaan bekisting yang meliputi upah, bahan dan alat. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan terhadap masing-masing metode bekisting, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Biaya Pekerjaan bekisting Sistem (Table Form) lebih murah dibandingkan dengan Semi sistem. Total Biaya Pekerjaan menggunakan Semi sistem sebanyak Rp. 4.837.286.252,27 Sedangkan menggunakan bekisting Sistem (Table Form) sebanyak Rp. 3.724.594.795,77. Hal ini Menunjukan bahwa pekerjaan dengan menggunakan Sistem (Table Form) lebih murah sebesar Rp. 1.112.691.456,50 atau sekitar 23%. On stage it starts with the observation field , study of literature includes the collection of information , Activity formulation of the problem , The primary data and secondary as well as processing analysis of the data by the method of analysis Price Unit of Work SNI (AHS-SNI) 2018 To generate price pack erjaa n formwork which includes wages , materials and tools . Based on the results of the analysis were performed against each method formwork , obtained the conclusion that the fees Work formwork system (Table Form) over m urah compared with Semi systems .
