Abstract
Menyesuaikan dengan adanya kondisi pandemi COVID-19 yang memengaruhi kebijakan dari sektor pemerintahan hingga memengaruhi keputusan kebijakan perusahaan membuat proses komunikasi organisasi ikut berubah baik secara internal organisasi maupun eksternal organisasi. Topik tersebut menarik untuk menjadi bahan penelitian sehingga hasil yang didapatkan dapat menjadi salah satu referensi untuk mempertimbangkan kebijakan manajemen dalam menanggapi kondisi saat pandemi COVID-19 di masa mendatang. Komunikasi organisasi begitu kompleks, dalam penelitian ini penulis berfokus kepada proses komunikasi dan ruang lingkup komunikasi organisasi. Landasan tersebut kemudian dikembangkan lebih jauh guna memperluas sudut pandang peneliti terhadap objek penelitian. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi langsung, data-data tertulis dan wawancara mendalam kepada tujuh informan yang merupakan karyawan di perusahaan yang menjadi lokasi penelitian, informan memiliki latar belakang jabatan yang berbeda sehingga hasil wawancara diharapkan dapat menunjukan gambaran dari bermacam-macam sudut pandang. Hasil penelitian berisi tentang proses komunikasi organisasi yang selama ini telah berjalan dan berbagai kendala yang dirasakan dalam menjalankan proses komunikasi organisasi, pembahasan didalamnya juga menyinggung keterkaitan antara perubahan kebijakan dan bagaimana karyawan dapat menyesuaikan diri sehingga bisa tetap produktif dalam pekerjaan. Kata Kunci: Organisasi, Komunikasi Organisasi, COVID-19 Adjusting to the COVID-19 pandemic conditions that affect policies from the government sector and influence company policy decisions, the organizational communication process changes, both internally and externally. This topic is interesting to be research material, hope that results obtained can be a reference for considering management policies in responding to conditions during COVID-19 pandemic in future. Organizational communication is so complex, in this study the author focuses on the theoretical basis of communication processes and the scope of organizational communication. The foundations were then further developed in order to broaden the researcher's perspective on the object of research. The author uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected by direct observation, journal and in-depth interviews with seven informants who are employees of the company that is the research location, informants have different occupational backgrounds, so that the results of the interviews are expected to show a angle from various points of view. The results of the study contain the organizational communication process that has been running and the various perceived obstacles in carrying out the organizational communication process, the discussion in it also alludes to the relationship between policy changes and how employees can adapt so they can remain productive at work.
