Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul : Analisa Kinerja Simpang Tak Bersinyal Dan Ruas Jalan Dengan Metode MKJI 1997 (Studi Kasus Simpang Telkom Jatiasih, Jl. Raya Wibawa Mukti II -Jl. Benda Jatiwarna-Bekasi). Nama : Enif Asfarianto Pratama, NIM : 41113210015. Dosen Pembimbing : Muhammad Isradi, ST, M.T. Tahun 2019. Simpang Telkom Jatiasih merupakan salah satu titik kemacetan yang ada di Kota Bekasi. Ini di akibatkan karena volume lalu lintas yang tinggi dan juga merupakan jalur sibuk dari Bekasi Selatan menuju Jakarta dan daerah sekitarnya, serta ditambah arah menuju ke pintu Tol Jatiasih. Tidak ada nya rambu – rambu lalu lintas menjadikan Simpang Telkom Jatiasih merupakan simpang tak bersinyal, hal ini yang menyebabkan arus kendaraan tidak teratur sehingga menyebabkan kemacetan. Metode pengambilan data dilkakukan dengan survei langsung ke lokasi penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil survei pada Simpang Telkom Jatiasih, volume kendaraan tertinggi terjadi pada sore hari Senin, 18 November 2019. Hasil perhitungan berdasarkan data hasil survei lapangan menggunakan pedoman buku MKJI 1997, mendapatkan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 1,86 dengan nilai Level Of Service F, menunjukkan terhentinya arus kendaraan pada titik kemacetan seperti pertemuan jalur, kondisi penyalipan atau perbaikan lajur yang menyebabkan panjangnya antrian kendaraan. Untuk ruas Jalan Wibawa Mukti II arus kendaraan masih tercatat stabil dengan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 1,16 dengan nilai Level Of Service F yang berarti tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan masih stabil. Dari hasil penelitian mendapatkan solusi alternatif Simpang Telkom Jatiasih yaitu pada alternatif 2 karena mendapatkan penurunan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) = 1,11 dengan nilai Level Of Service F yang berarti kondisi arus lalu lintas tinggi, tetapi kondisi arus masih stabil. This is at leave because of the high volume of traffic and also a busy route from Bekasi to Jakarta and the surrounding area, plus the direction to the toll gate Jatiasih. There is no sign – traffic sign making of Intersection Telkom Jatiasih is an unsignable junction, this is what causes the flow of irregular vehicles causing congestion. The data retrieval method is done by surveying directly to the research site. Based on survey result in Telkom Jatiasih intersection, the highest vehicle volume accurred in the afternoon of Monday, April 29 th, 2019. Calculated results based on the field survey result data using the MKJI 1997 book guidelines, obtaining the Degree of Saturation (DS) = 1,86 with the Level Of Service F value, indicating the stopping of the vehicle current at the congestion point such as the meeting path, or repair lanes that cause a long queue of vehicles. On the road Of Wibawa Mukti II Highway – Jatiasihi the vehicle flows are still recorded stably with the Degree of Saturation (DS) = 1,16 with a Level Of Service F value which means the level of road service is still stable. From the research results get an alternative solution Telkom Jatiasih intersection is in alternative 2 because it gets a decrease in the Degree of Saturation (DS) = 1,11 with the value of the Level Of Service F which means high traffic flow condition, but Current conditions are still stable.
