Abstract
This Research aim to know and analysis ( 1) leadership influence to officer performance ( 2) influence motivate to officer performance ( 3) leadership influence and motivate to officer performance. Research executed in office On duty Oceaninc and Fishery of Province Banten by disseminating kuesioner at 40 responder selected by pursuant to proportional stratified random sampling ( finding amount sample, if population of have strata and proposional). Data collecting executed from May until August month; 2007. Analysis used is correlation of product moment, simple regresi and doubled regressi. Hypothesis raised is ( 1) there are leadership influence to officer performance ( 2) there are influence motivate to officer performance ( 3) there are leadership influence and motivate to officer performance. Result of research found that: ( 1) level of influence of leadership variable to officer performance is 33,64%, while 66,36% influenced the other; dissimilar variable outside research: ( 2) level of influence motivate to officer performance 48,58% and the rest equal to 51,42% influenced the other; dissimilar variable outside research ( 3) level of influence by simultan between leadership ( X1) and motivate the ( X2) to officer performance ( Y) equal to 52 % and the rest equal to 48 % influenced by other; dissimilar variable outside research. Later; Then hit to fluctuate or big minimize the of officer performance earn the forecasting equation regresi = 13,178 + 0,318X1 + 0,522X2 Pursuant to first examination hypothesis anticipated there are leadership influence to officer performance, obtained value t count > t tables of ( 4,388 > 2,024) hence Ho refused and Ha accepted meaning there are influence which significant between leadership gift to officer performance On duty Oceaninc and Fishery of Propinisi Banten. Hypothesis Examination is]third anticipated by there are influence motivate to officer performance, obtained value t count > t tables ( 5,992 > 2,024) hence Ho refused and Ha accepted meaning there are influence which signifikan between motivation to officer performance On duty Oceaninc and Fishery of Province Banten. Hypothesis Examination is third anticipated by there are leadership influence and motivate to officer performance. Obtained value F count > F tables ( 20,066 > 3,26), hence Ho refused and Ha accepted, meaning leadership and motivate to have the influence which signifikan to officer performance On duty Oceaninc and Fishery of Province Banten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kantor Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan provinsi Banten dengan menyebar kuesioner pada 40 responden yang dipilih berdasarkan proportional stratified random sampling (menemukan jumlah sampel, bila populasi berstrata dan proposional). Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dari bulan mei sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2007. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment, regresi sederhana dan regressi berganda. Hipokarya Akhir yang diajukan adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: (1) besarnya pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 33,64%, sedangkan 66,36% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian: (2) besarnya pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai 48,58% dan sisanya sebesar 51,42% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian (3) besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara kepemimpinan (X1) dan motivasi (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) sebesar 52 % dan sisanya sebesar 48 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Kemudian mengenai naik turunnya atau besar kecilnya kinerja pegawai dapat diprediksi melalui persamaan regresi ; Ϋ = 13,178 + 0,318X1 + 0,522X2. Berdasarkan pengujian Hipokarya Akhir pertama diduga terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,388 > 2,024) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Propinisi Banten. Pengujian Hipokarya Akhir ketiga diduga terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (5,992 > 2,024) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Propinisi Banten.
