Abstract

Goods Inventory Data Management System Case Study General Services Division PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) is a system designed to support Admin Division General Services process in performing inventory of goods ranging from the process of recording goods to the manufacture of reporting of goods that computerized. Admin Division General Services is a unit in charge of recording incoming and outgoing goods, making reporting appropriately and efficiently. In the request of goods and the manufacture of purchase order documents required approval, review so that the documents requested in accordance with the application given. In carrying out its duties, Admin Division General Services have quality objectives to be achieved each month. This system is designed to facilitate the Division of General Services of Corporate Banking of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) in the management, acceleration and reporting of inventory data. The existence of an accurate and precise information system can reduce unwanted errors so as to improve the performance of more efficient and operational speed in an organization. This application was developed with approach of Waterfall model, PHP programming language and MySQL database. Keywords: Inventory, Quality Goals, Management Sistem Pengelolaan Data Inventaris Barang Studi Kasus Divisi General Services PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) merupakan sistem yang dirancang untuk mendukung proses Admin Divisi General Services dalam melakukan inventarisasi barang mulai dari proses pencatatan barang hingga pembuatan pelaporan barang yang terkomputerisasi. Admin Divisi General Services adalah unit yang bertugas mencatat barang masuk dan keluar, membuat pelaporan secara tepat dan efisien. Dalam permintaan barang dan pembuatan dokumen purchase order dibutuhkan approval, review sehingga dokumen yang diminta sesuai dengan permohonan yang diberikan. Dalam menjalakan tugasnya, Admin Divisi General Services memiliki sasaran mutu yang harus dicapai setiap bulannya. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memudahkan Divisi General Service Corporate Banking PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) dalam pengeloaan, penepatan dan pelaporan data inventaris barang. Adanya sistem informasi yang akurat dan tepatdapat mengurangi kesalahan yang tidak diiginkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja yang lebih efisien dan kecepatan operasional pada suatu organisasi. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan Waterfall model, bahasa pemograman PHP dan database MySQL. Kata Kunci : Inventaris, Sasaran Mutu, Pengelolaan
