Abstract
The interior design of a showroom that meets standards to facilitate the sale and purchase of vehicles. Service satisfaction for consumers is a major concern in designing a showroom in order to increase vehicle buying and selling activities. The design of the Kawasaki Cengkareng showroom needs to provide appropriate services and information so that potential buyers can find out which products are sold and at the same time be an attraction to visitors. The main key in designing an interior showroom is to be able to attract the interest of visitors to come to the showroom and be interested in seeing the motorbike and buy it. The interior design of the final project showroom Kawasaki Cengkareng will emphasize the design of facilities for customer satisfaction and showroom design that can stimulate consumer interest in buying objects display. The purpose of designing a Kawasaki Cengkareng showroom that can accommodate all activities (sales, promotions, information) to meet the needs of consumers and automotive manufacturers and get a conceptual foundation for designing a Kawasaki Cengkareng showroom by providing facilities and servants as well as the needs of all activities (sales, promotions, information) resulting in interactions between producers and consumers to the stage of consumer transaction. Keywords: Design, Kawasaki Cengkareng Motorcycle Showroom Perancangan interior sebuah showroom yang memenuhi standar untuk memfasilitasi jual beli kendaraan. Kepuasan pelayanan terhadap konsumen menjadi perhatian utama dalam perancangan showroom guna meningkat aktiftas jual beli kendaraan. Perancangan showroom Kawasaki Cengkareng perlu memberikan pelayanan dan infromasi yang sesuai agar calon pembeli dapat mengetahui produk yang di jual dan sekaligus menjadi daya tarik kepada pengunjung. Kunci utama dalam merancang sebuah interior showroom adalah dapat menarik minat pengunjung untuk datang ke showroom dan tertarik untuk melihat motor dan membelinya, Perancangan interior tugas akhir showroom Kawasaki Cengkareng akan menekankan pada rancangan fasilitas untuk kepuasan konsumen serta desain showroom yang dapat merangsang minat konsumen dala membeli objek display. Maksud dari perancangan sebuah showroom Kawasaki Cengkareng yang dapat mewadahi segala kegiatan (penjualan, promosi, informasi) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen dan produsen otomotif dan mendapatkan landasan konseptual perancangan showroom Kawasaki Cengkareng dengan memeberikan fasilitas dan pelayan serta kebutuhan semua kegiatan (penjualan, promosi, informasi) sehingga terjadi interaksi antara produsen dan konsumen hingga pada tahap transaksi konsumen.
