Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Takenaka Indonesia adalah kontraktor umum yang menawarkan layanan bangunan dan desain bangunan, menggabungkan studi kelayakan, perencanaan, desain, konstruksi dan pemeliharaan, yang diyakini sebagai solusi optimal untuk memberikan jaminan kualitas. Keberhasilan ataupun kegagalan dari pelaksanaan proyek sering kali disebabkan kurang terencananya kegiatan proyek serta pengendalian yang kurang efektif, sehingga kegiatan proyek tidak efisien, hal ini akan mengakibatkan keterlambatan, menurunnya kualitas pekerjaan, dan membengkaknya biaya pelaksanaan, manajemen proyek dilakukan untuk mengelola proyek dari awal hingga akhir proyek. Proyek pembangunan Pallet Warehouse yang direncanakan oleh PT. Takenaka Indonesia dilaksanakan pada Desember tahun 2019 dan diperkirakan akhir Maret tahun 2020 selesai. PT. Takenaka Indonesia memperhitungkan pemeliharaan memakan waktu 100 hari. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui bearapa lama suatu proyek tersebut dan mencari adanya kemungkinan percepatan waktu pembangunan proyek Pallet Warehouse, dengan menggunakan metode CPM (Critical Path Methode) dan PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique). Hasilnya durasi waktu optimal proyek pembangunan Pallet Warehouse yaitu 86 hari dari waktu normal 100 hari. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Penjadwalan Proyek, Jalur Kritis, Metode PERT, Metode CPM. ABSTRACT PT. Takenaka Indonesia is a general contractor that offers building services and building design, combining feasibility studies, planning, design, construction and maintenance, which are believed to be the optimal solutions to provide quality assurance. The success or setbacks of project implementation that sometimes occur less than the schedule of project activities and ineffective control, so that project activities are inefficient, this will continue to delay, increasing the quality of work, and swelling implementation costs, project management is carried out to improve the project from the end result of the project. The Pallet Warehouse Construction Project moved by PT. Takenaka Indonesia will be held in December 2019 and it is estimated that the end of March 2020 will be finished. PT. Takenaka Indonesia calculates maintenance spending 100 days. The purpose of this research is to learn how long it is about this project and look for an acceleration in the development of the Pallet Warehouse project, using the CPM (Critical Path Method) and PERT (Evaluation Project Method) and Review techniques.
