Abstract
In the management of early retirement, companies should be careful in the design, implementation,the company will receive significant problems, such as: the number of employees who do not expect to retire early, but they are the ones who resigned would feel that they were forced to leave the company. The factors that will affect the employee's decision to apply for early retirement or to stay in the company are: Individual differences, Opportunities in the structure of career paths, Organisational factors and external environment. This study aims to analyze how much influence the four factors in the decision of employees taking early retirement in the case study PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Bandung HR unit.The method used Logistic Binary Analyze. After the instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 50 respondents, Individual difference variable and organizational factors have siginificant influence on the decision to take early retirement. Opportunities in the path carrer and erxternal factor have less significant influence on the decision to take early.Dalam pengelolaan kebijakan pensiun dini, perusahaan harus berhati-hati di dalam mendesain, mengimplementasi dan mengadministrasikannya, karena apabila perusahaan tidak dengan semestinya mengelola kebijakan pensiun dini ini, maka perusahaan akan memperoleh masalah yang cukup besar seperti: banyaknya karyawan yang seharusnya tidak diharapkan untuk melakukan pensiun dini tapi mereka melakukannya, mereka yang dipensiunkan dini akan merasa bahwa mereka dipaksa untuk keluar dari perusahaan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan karyawan untuk mengajukan pensiun dini atau tinggal di dalam perusahaan adalah: perbedaan individual, struktur peluang di jalur karir, faktor organisasi dan lingkungan eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana empat faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan karyawan untuk mengambil pensiun dini dalam metode studi kasus PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Bandung unit SDM. Metode yang digunakan analisis logistic binary.Setelah instrumen dalam bentuk kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 responden, variabel perbedaan faktor Individual difference variable dan organizational factors secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan untuk mengambil pensiun dini. Sedangkan, Opportunities in the path carrer dan erxternal factor berpengaruh sedikit terhadap keputusan untuk mengambil pensiun dini.
