Abstract

In this era of emerging globalization, it is easier for every individual to be able to do activities, whether socializing online, searching for information online, ordering a vehicle, even to order food and goods can use the sophistication of Internet. With ease at the moment: making in each individual often delays the work to be done. The activity postpones this work, including in: Procrastination action. The term prokrastination comes from the Latin: Procrastinare, from the word Pro which means: forward, forwards, moving forward, and crastinus meaning tomorrow or being a tomorrow. So, from the origin of the word procrastination is: suspend until tomorrow or prefer to do his job tomorrow. The person who performs procrastination can be referred to as: Procrastinator. "Hallyu" or Korean Wave is: a term given to South Korean pop culture that is spread globally in many countries around the world, including in Indonesia. Korean Wave has indeed been prepared to: be marketed to the international world in line with the full support of the government since the reign of President Kim Dae Jung (1993-1998) whose political slogan is: "Creation of the New Korea". By the other word, the Korean government wants to: remove the traditional nation image and also make the national image more recent and modern. The cultural policy of the reign of "Kim Dae Jung" was intended to: build a cultural identity from an international perspective and also to build a nation's cultural creativity so that former president Kim was known as: "President of Culture". Schoolgirls ' Hobbies look: Korean dramas continue to evolve not only through television. The students also enjoy looking through the Internet or through a laptop/PC by storing a variety of soft files about Korean drama. They also commonly see Korean dramas on television every day, while through other media, ordinary students look at every time they want, not infrequently they just focus on watching and inflict negative effects for students such as procrastinating learning activities This also makes the utility interested in knowing, whether there is any intensity relationship to watch Korean dramas with procrastin in students who follow Korean Club X. Dalam era globalisasi yang sedang berkembang saat ini, memudahkan setiap individu untuk bisa melakukan aktifitas, baik bersosialisasi secara online, mencari informasi secara online, memesan kendaraan, bahkan untuk memesan makanan dan barang dapat menggunakan kecanggihan internet. Dengan kemudahan di saat ini: membuat di setiap individu sering menunda perkerjaan yang harus dilakukan. Kegiatan menunda pekerjaan ini, termasuk dalam: tindakan prokrastinasi. Istilah prokrastinasi berasal dari bahasa Latin: procrastinare, dari kata pro yang artinya: maju, ke depan, bergerak maju, dan crastinus yang berarti besok atau menjadi hari esok. Jadi, dari asal katanya prokrastinasi adalah: menunda hingga hari esok atau lebih suka melakukan pekerjaannya besok. Orang yang melakukan prokrastinasi dapat disebut sebagai: procrastinator. “Hallyu” atau Korean Wave ialah: istilah yang diberikan untuk budaya pop Korea Selatan yang tersebar secara global di berbagai negara di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Korean Wave memang telah dipersiapkan untuk: dipasarkan ke dunia internasional sejalan dengan dukungan penuh dari pemerintah sejak masa pemerintahan Presiden Kim Dae Jung (1993- 1998) yang slogan politiknya adalah: “Creation of the New Korea”. Oleh kata-lain, Pemerintah Korea ingin: menghapus citra bangsa yang tradisional dan juga membuat citra nasional yang lebih baru dan modern. Kebijakan budaya di masa pemerintahan “Kim Dae Jung” dimaksudkan untuk: membangun identitas budaya dari perspektif internasional dan juga untuk membangun kreatifitas budaya suatu bangsa sehingga mantan Presiden Kim dikenal sebagai: “President of Culture”. Kegemaran siswi melihat: tayangan drama Korea terus berkembang tidak hanya melalui televisi saja. Para siswi pun juga senang melihat melalui internet maupun melalui laptop/pc dengan menyimpan berbagai soft file tentang tayangan drama Korea. Mereka juga biasa melihat tayangan drama Korea di televisi setiap hari, sedangkan melalui media lain, siswi biasa melihat di setiap waktu yang mereka inginkan, tidak jarang mereka hanya fokus menonton dan menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi siswi seperti menunda-nunda kegiatan belajar Hal ini pun membuat peniliti tertarik untuk mengetahui, apakah terdapat adanya hubunngan intensitas menonton drama Korea dengan prokrastinasi pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti Korean Club universitas X. Kata Kunci: Drama, Korea, Prokrastinasi, Intensitas, Drakor, dan Korean.
