Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between mindset and calling with learning agility teachers in Jakarta. The respondents of this study were 75 teachers. This research instrument uses an adaptation measuring instrument with a total 40 items for learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0,948 and mindset total 16 items (Dweck, 2007) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0,880 and 19 items for calling (Dik dan Duffy, 2009) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0,907. The analysis in this study uses the mean value, standard deviation and Pearson correlation techniques. The results of this study indicate a significant positive relationship between mindset with learning agility (r = 0,651; p = 0,000) and a significant positive relationship between calling with learning agility (r = 0,519; p = 0,000). Meaning that mindset is the higher means learning agility is higher and that calling is the higher means learning agility is higher. Keywords: Learning Agility, Mindset, Calling Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara mindset dan calling dengan learning agility. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 guru di Jakarta. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan alat ukur hasil adaptasi dan modifikasi total 40 item untuk learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,948 untuk mindset total 16 item (Dweck, 2007) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,880 dan 19 item untuk calling (Dik dan Duffy, 2009) dengan Cronbach’s Alpha 0,907. Analisis data menggunakan nilai rata-rata (mean), standar deviasi dan teknik korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara mindset dengan learning agility (r = 0,651; p = 0,000) dan juga adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara calling dengan learning agility (r = 0,519; p = 0,000). Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat mindset yang dimiliki maka semakin tinggi learning agility pada dirinya begitu semakin tinggi calling yang dimiliki maka semakin tinggi learning agility.
