Abstract
This research aims to determine the relationship between learning agility and work-life balance in a career woman who is running education at the University of Mercu Buana. Respondents in this study as much as 71 regular 2 students in Mercu Buana University. The study used the results of the adaptation research instrument for learning agility measuring instruments (De Meuse, 2015) with Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.904 with a total of 39 items and for the variable work-life balance (Fisher, Bulger, & Smith, 2009) for 0.794. The analysis of data on this study used the correlation technique Spearman Rank. The correlation result indicates a significant relationship between learning agility and work-life balance (r =-0.603; p = 0.000). It can be concluded that there is a relationship with the negative direction between learning agility with work-life balance in a career woman which means the higher quality of learning agility than the lower quality of work-life balance that is owned, and vice versa. Keywords: Learning agility, work-life balance, women careers Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara learning agility dengan work-life balance pada wanita karier yang sedang menjalankan pendidikan di Universitas Mercu Buana. Responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 71 Mahasiswi Universitas Mercu Buana regular 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penelitian hasil adaptasi untuk alat ukur learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,904 dengan total 39 item dan untuk variabel work-life balance (Fisher, Bulger, & Smith, 2009) sebesar 0,794. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara learning agility dengan work-life balance (r = -0,603; p = 0,000). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan dengan arah negatif antara learning agility dengan work-life balance pada wanita karier yang berarti semakin tinggi kualitas learning agility maka semakin rendah kualitas work-life balance yang dimiliki, begitu pula sebaliknya.
