Abstract

Objective of this research is to analyze dominant factor in service quality, product quality, price and time of project that will be influenced Interest of buying Bulk Conveyor System in Indonesia in case marketing between company to company (Business to Business). The research will be used non random sampling and convenience sampling method. After known the dominant factor in services quality, product quality, price, and time of project, the research continued with descriptive statistic in order to analyst what is founded the different perception between department of responded with factor of service quality, product quality, price and time delivery for decision of buying Bulk Conveyor System in Indonesia. The secure and assure of product factor is representation of dominant and important factor in service quality and not founded the different perception between department of respondent in service quality to decision for buying Bulk Conveyor System in Indonesia. The quality of equipment that complies with contract specification and project final proposal is representation of dominant and important factor in product quality and not founded the different perception between departments of respondent in product quality to decision for buying Bulk Conveyor System in Indonesia. The first price in proposal Bulk Conveyor System is representation of dominant and important factor in price factor and not founded the different perception between departments of respondent in price factor to decision for buying Bulk Conveyor System in Indonesia. The project duration is important factor to decision for buying Bulk Conveyor System in Indonesia.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor domiman yang ada pada kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, harga, dan waktu pengadaan terhadap keputusan pembelian Bulk Conveyor System di Indonesia dalam skema pemasaran antar perusahaan (Business to Business). Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan secara non random sampling dan metode convenience sampling. Setelah diketahui adanya faktor dominan yang ada pada kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, harga dan waktu pengadaan maka penelitian ini dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan metode statistik diskriptip untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan persepsi terhadap faktor – faktor yang ada pada kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, harga, dan waktu pengadaan terhadap keputusan pembelian Bulk Conveyor System pada responden yang dibedakan menurut departemen. Dari hasil analisa didapat bahwa rasa aman dan yakin akan produk merupakan faktor terpenting dalam kualitas pelayanan dan tidak ditemukan adanya perbedaan persepsi antar departemen responden terhadap kualitas pelayanan dalam keputusan pembelian Bulk Conveyor System. Kualitas peralatan yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan sesuai kesepakatan awal yang telah ditawarkan pada proposal proyek merupakan hal terpenting dalam kualitas produk dan tidak ditemukan ada perbedaan persepsi antar departemen responden terhadap kualitas produk dalam keputusan pembelian Bulk Conveyor System. Harga pertama yang ditawarkan dalam proposal pengadaan Bulk Conveyor System merupakan hal terpenting dari faktor harga secara keseluruhan, hal tersebut merupakan representasi keinginan pembeli dan kemampuan penjual pada suatu tingkat harga tertentu yang dapat diwujudkan. Kemampuan dan kompetensi teknis dari penjual sangat berperan dalam hal menyampaikan dan menyimpulkan harga yang sesuai dalam suatu paket sistim pengadaan peralatan yang terintegrasi pada Bulk Conveyor System. Durasi proyek umunya merupakan hal penting dalam keputusan pembelian Bulk Conveyor System.
