Abstract

The purpose of this study was determining effect of leadership style and organizational climate on job performance in HR departments BMKG. Measurement of variables used questionnaires that were distributed to the employees of the HR BMKG. Using statistical analysis and the results of the statement is valid and reliable questionnaire. The sampling technique used is saturated sample because the population is less than 100 with a method for distributing the questionnaire was accidental sampling with total sample size of 80 people. Then the normality test and path analysis. The result of path analysis showed simultaneous leadership styles and organizational climate contribute directly to job performance in the human resources officer BMKG. Partially leadership style directly affects the work performance of employees of the HR BMKG. Organizational climate and directly affect employee work performance HR BMKG. Keyword: Leadership Styles, Organizational Climate and Job Performance Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai bagian SDM BMKG. Pengukuran variabel digunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada pegawai bagian SDM BMKG. Analisis menggunakan statistik dan hasil pernyataan kuesioner adalah valid dan reliable. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh karena populasinya kurang dari 100 dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Kemudian dilakukan uji normalitas, dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis jalur memperlihatkan secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi memberikan kontribusi secara langsung terhadap prestasi kerja pada pegawai bagian SDM BMKG. Secara parsial Gaya kepemimpinan secara langsung mempengaruhi prestasi kerja pegawai bagian SDM BMKG. Dan Iklim organisasi secara langsung mempengaruhi prestasi kerja pegawai bagian SDM BMKG. Kata Kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Iklim Organisasi dan Prestasi Kerja
