Abstract
This study aims to 1) analyze the influence of education and training of employees in the performance of the Regional Environmental Agency of Banten Province, 2) analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance in the Environment Agency of Banten Province, 3). analyzing the effect of simultaneous influence of Education and Training and motivation of employees in the performance of the Regional Environmental Agency of Banten Province. This study uses explanatory research approaches (explanatory research) are the type of research that attempts to explain the influence of the variables through testing the hypothesis. Independent variable is the Education and Training (X1), and Work Motivation (X2), and the dependent variable is the Employee Performance (Y. Techniques of data collection is done through questionnaire techniques, observation, which consists of primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, data were analyzed quantitatively , with descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: a) Partially, Education and Training variables affect the performance of the Environment Agency officials Banten Province; b) Partially, the variables of work motivation affects employee performance Regional Environmental Agency of Banten Province; a) Simultaneously, Education Training and motivation to work and influence on employee performance of the Regional Environmental Agency of Banten Province. It can be said that the Education and Training and motivation to work that well can improve employee performance Regional Environmental Agency of Banten Province; Keywords : Education and Training, motivation on employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja pegawai di Badan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah Provinsi Banten; 2) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai di Badan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah Provinsi Banten; 3). menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai di Badan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian eksplanatoris (explanatory research) yaitu jenis penelitian yang berupaya menjelaskan pengaruh antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Variabel bebas adalah Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (X1), dan Motivasi Kerja (X2), dan variabel terikat adalah Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik Kuesioner, observasi, yang terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Selanjutnya data dianalisis secara kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: a) Secara parsial, variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai Badan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah Provinsi Banten; b) Secara parsial, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai Badan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah Provinsi Banten; a) Secara simultan, Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai Badan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah Provinsi Banten. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dan motivasi kerja yang dijalankan dengan baik dapat meningkatkan Kinerja pegawai Badan Lingkungan Hidup Daerah Provinsi Banten; Kata kunci : Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan,Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
