Abstract

E-Commerce merupakan sebuah solusi sistem informasi yang diimplementasikan dalam memecahkan berbagai permasalahan transaksi jual-beli. Sampai saat ini perkembangan E-Commerce terus berkembang secara jumlah, bersaing antara satu dengan yang lainnya dalam harga & jaminan kualitas produk. UMKM sebagai salah satu aktor jual beli sangat berperan, khususnya UMKM produk tradisional yang saat ini sangat minim peminatnya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan tinjauan pustaka yang dianalisa menggunakan metode analisa fishbone dan melibatkan masyarakat dalam wawancara kebutuhan, rancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode UML menyajikan sebuah solusi terhadap permasalahan UMKM produk tradisional dengan melibatkan pelanggan yang berperan sebagai jastiper yang dimediasi oleh sebuah sistem informasi berbasis GIS.
