Abstract

The purpose of this research is analyze the influence of Work Environment and Work Motivation toward Employee Satisfaction work of PT.Pratama Galuh Perkasa.The independent variable consist of two variable they are work environment. While the dependent variable is work satisfaction. The main data was gotten by questionnaire and the continue with tabulation process. The process of data analyze was using double regression analyze techniques. According to the result of data analyze we know that all variable which consist of work environment has significant influence toword employee’s work satisfaction and work motivation is not have significant influence toword employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Pratama Galuh Perkasa, it was caused by there are many work satisfaction variable that hope by employee beside reward, salary for a good work that they receive, such as move of place work, promotion, praise and recognition. Keywords: Work Environment, motivation and work Satisfactions Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Pratama Galuh Perkasa. Variabel independen terdiri dari dua yaitu Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja. Sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kepuasan Kerja. Data (data primer) diperoleh dari kuesioner dan selanjutnya dilakukan proses tabulasi. Analisis data diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa semua variabel yang terdiri dari lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Pratama Galuh Perkasa Hal ini disebabkan masih banvak variable kepuasan kerja yang diharapkan oleh karyawan selain reward imbalan dari hasil kerja yang diterimanya misalnya alih tugas, promosi, pujian dan pengakuan. .
