Abstract
This thesis was made in order to determine how much results training BET (Basic Employee Training), motivation and determinant factor compensation correlation to the performance of Employee Production Department, PT . Aspex Kumbong. The independent variables were examined in this study are training BET (Basic Employee Training), motivation and compensation. The dependent variable studied is the performance of employee. The sampling method used was convenience sampling.From the population 157 people, 61 people in the sample met the criteria become. Method of analysis used in this study was a multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of BET (Basic Employee Training), motivation and compensation determinants has a positive and significant correlation to employee performance. Motivation is the variable that most influence on employee performance in the production department at PT. Aspex Kumbong. Keywords : Training,Motivation,Compensation, Performance. Tesis ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar korelasi hasil pelatihan BET (Basic Employee Training), motivasi kerja dan faktor penentu kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Produksi PT. Aspex Kumbong. Variabel bebas yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatihan BET (Basic Employee Training), motivasi dan kompensasi. Sedangkan variabel terikat yang diteliti adalah kinerja karyawan. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Dari 157 orang populasi, 61 orang memenuhi kriteria menjadi sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pelatihan BET (Basic Employee Training), motivasi kerja dan faktor penentu kompensasi memiliki korelasi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departement Produksi PT.Aspex Kumbong. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Motivasi,Kompensasi, Kinerja.
