Abstract
This study aims to know the degree of Corporate Image, Satisfaction and Service Quality either partially or simultaneously towards Loyalty of Special Need Children’s parents at Al-Jannah Islamic Fullday School. This research was descriptive and verificative. Method used was survey and by applying SPSS program. Total object research of 62 respondents picked and was taken by mean of questionnaires. The result showed that all independent variables were affected significantly and positive to the Loyalty. Keywords: Corporate Image, Satisfaction, Service Quality and Loyalty Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra Perusahaan, Kepuasan dan Kualitas Layanan, baik secara parsial ataupun simultan terhadap Loyalitas para orangtua siswa Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Al-Jannah Islamic Fullday School. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif dan menggunakan metode survey dengan aplikasi program SPSS. Jumlah objek penelitian sebanyak 62 responden dan dibagikan kuesioner. Dari hasil analisis regresi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas. Kata kunci : Citra Perusahaan, Kepuasan, Kualitas Layanan dan Loyalitas
