Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of employees in the Directorate of Budget III, Directorate General of Budget. The method used is the survey through a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. The results show that there is significant influence between compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of employees, either individually or jointly. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Direktorat Anggaran III Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah survey melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Pegawai.
