Abstract

This research aims to know what is existence of influence of leadership, recruitment, compensation, and career of motivation by together although individually, and also to know whether the leadership, recruitment, compensation, career, and motivation influence the performance by together although individually. The methods which is used in this research was a quantitative research using survey. Population of this research 51 respondents front office division Branch Tawes Tanjung Priok the research object independent variables of leadership, recruitment, compensation, career, and dependent variable of motivation, performance, and processed used lines regression of analysis methods. Results of this research can be concluded that the leadership, recruitment, compensation, career together influence motivation and performance. And individual variable compensation no significantly influence on motivation, eventhough leadership individually no influence performance, and career influence performance. Keywords : Leadership, Recruitment, Compensation, Career, Motivation, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan, rekrutmen, kompensasi, karir berpengaruh terhadap motivasi baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara individu, dan juga untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan dan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja secara individu, kepemimpinan, rekrutmen, kompensasi, dan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja secara bersama-sama melalui motivasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah 51 responden divisi front office Cabang Utama Tawes Tanjung Priok dengan objek penelitiannya variabel bebas kepemimpinan, rekrutmen, kompensasi, karir dan variabel terikat motivasi, kinerja, dan diolah menggunakan metode analisis jalur regresi . Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan, rekrutmen, kompensasi, karir secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap motivasi dan kinerja. Secara individu kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, sedangkan kepemimpinan secara individu tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.
