Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja dan pengembagan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya di Wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya di Wilayah Jabodetabek dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 144 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah 106 karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya di Wilayah Jabodetabek. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir memberikan pengaruh kuat pada kinerja karyawan. Apabila karyawan memiliki motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir yang tinggi maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan visi misi perusahaan juga dapat tercapai. Pancious Tirta Jaya in the Jabodetabek Area. This research was conducted at PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya in the Jabodetabek Area with a total population of 144 employees. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique with a total of 106 employees. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and career development simultaneously and partially have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya in the jabodetabek Area. It can be interpreted that work motivation and career developmennt have a strong influence on employee performance. If employees have work motivation and high career development, it can improve employee performance and the company's vision and mission can also be achieved.
