Abstract
This thesis was made in order to determine how much leadership and discipline effect to the performance of Employee PT. BCA Mangga Dua. The independent variables were examined in this study are leadership and discipline. The dependent variable studied is the performance of employees at the PT. BCA Mangga Dua. In this study, data collection was conducted using a census, a population in which all members of staff at the PT. BCA Mangga Dua as many as 118 people, the whole research sample. Data collection method used is through literature review, observation, questionnaires and interviews. The study was conducted in the PT. BCA Mangga Dua, the number of respondents 118 people . From the results of this research note that the leadership and discipline has a positive and significant correlation to the performance of the company, in this case PT. BCA Mangga Dua. Leadership has a higher correlation to the performance of employees compared with discipline. Keywords : Leadership, Discipline, Performance. Tesis ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap PT. BCA Cabang Mangga Dua. Variabel bebas yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja. Sedangkan variabel terikat yang diteliti adalah kinerja pegawai pada PT. BCA Cabang Mangga Dua. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode sensus, dimana semua anggota populasi pegawai pada cabang BCA mangga dua sebanyak 118 orang, keseluruhannya dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui studi pustaka, observasi, kuesioner dan interview. Penelitian dilakukan di BCA Cabang Mangga Dua, dengan jumlah responden 118 orang. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja memiliki korelasi yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dalam hal ini PT. BCA Cabang Mangga Dua. Kepemimpinan memiliki korelasi yang lebih tinggi terhadap kinerja pegawai dibandingkan dengan disiplin kerja. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja.
