Abstract
This research aims to discover the influence of motivation and work dicipline regarding to the achievement of the employee of BNI Life telemarketing. The reasearch was done concerning to BNI Life telemarketing, popuation in this research is obtained from all of the employees of 80 people, whereas the samples in this research are about 60 employees. This research uses qualitative approach using explanatory survey methode (questionnaire) in Simple Random Sampling Technique. Methode and data collecting used are questionnaire and data analysis by statistic descristif analysis. Correlation and hypothesis test use double linear analysis F test and T test. From the hypotesis result testing presented was proved that work motivation variable (X1) and work dicipline (X2) signficantly effect employee’s achievement (Y). Partially, achievement and work dicipline have a positive value which means they are all paralled with the achievement. Simultaneously, motivation and work dicipline affect achievement.The results shows that there is effect of motivation on BNI Life employee, partially and simultaneously. . Key words : Motivation, Work Discpline and Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Telemarketing BNI Life. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap karyawan Telemarketing BNI Life, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan yang berjumlah 80 orang, sedangkan sample dalam penelitian ini hanya 60 orang karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey explanatory (kuesioner) dengan tehnik Simple Random Sampling . Metode pengumpulan data digunakan kuesioner dan analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif statistik, uji korelasi dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis linear berganda Uji F dan Uji T. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis yang diajukan terbukti bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2) baik secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Secara parsial, hubungan motivasi dengan kinerja memiliki nilai positif artinya mempunyai hubungan searah dengan kinerja dan memiliki signifikansi terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, hubungan motivasi dan disiplin mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap karyawan telemarketing BNI Life, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja
