Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah budaya kaizen (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asahimas Flat Glass. Tipe penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan sample sebesar 50 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu non-probability sampling dan teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sample jenuh. Teknik analisa menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data ditemukan budaya kaizen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. Kata kunci: Budaya Kaizen, Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to examine whether kaizen culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) can affect employee's performance at PT. Asahimas Flat Glass. This type of research includes quantitative research, with a questionnaire as a data collection tool with a sample of 50 respondents, with a sampling method that is non-probability sampling and the sampling technique used is saturated sample. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the kaizen culture had a positive effect on the performance of PT.
