Abstract
Internet information technology is now widely used and has led to the world of information services and services. More services lead to service services for moving vehicles. There have been many businesses that provide individuals who provide web-based transportation services online. The most important thing to consider in building a website is how to design a user interface, the experience of website users can make users (users) not need confusion in using the website. Therefore, to find out the problems that occur in achieving workshop service services that are required to design a website that considers basic aspects, basic user interface design, usability, user experience, and basic design principles, making online workshop websites easy to use by target users. Keywords: website, online, website elements, user interface, usability, user experience. Teknologi informasi internet sekarang ini sudah banyak digunakan dan mengarah ke dunia pelayanan informasi serta jasa. pelayanan jasa yang lebih mengarah kepada layanan servis untuk kendaraan bermotor. Sudah banyak pelaku bisnis ataupun perorangan yang menyediakan jasa servis kendaraan bermotor secara online berbasis web. Hal terpenting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam membangun sebuah website adalah bagaimana desain user interface, user experience sebuah website bisa membuat user (pengguna) tidak merasa kebingungan dalam menggunakan website tersebut. Maka untuk mengetahui masalah yang terjadi dalam mencapai pelayanan servis bengkel secara online diperlukan perancangan sebuah website yang mempertimbangkan aspek seperti, prinsip dasar desain user interface, usability, user experience, dan prinsip dasar desain, sehingga menjadikan website bengkel online ini mudah digunakan oleh target pengguna.
