Abstract

The effect of compensation and motivation of teacher’s commitment SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. Research methodology used was quantitative research using survey methods that are intended to provide an explanation. survey research is the research that takes samples from a population and using a questioner as a means of collecting the principal. There are two variables that are used are free variable and fastened variable. According to the result obtained the effectcompensation and motivation of teacher’s commitmen SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. The perception explained 37% of compensation and motivation, and the rest who are influenced by other variables is not examined in this research. Of two free variables had the most influence on teacher’s commitmen is compensation. From the result of effect compensation and motivation of teacher’s commitmen. This research ultimately expected to be useful to assist management organization smk bina insan mandiri west jakarta, in order to increase the compensation of teachers to create motivation and increase the commitment of teachers. besides that, the results of this research are to be used as an illustration to help further research as other research material. Key woerds : compensation, motivation, commitmen Pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap komitmen guru SMK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta Barat. Metodologi Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penjelasan. Penelitian survey merupakan penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan yang pokok. Ada dua variabel yang digunakan yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Kompensasi dan Motovasi sebagai variabel bebas dan Komitmen guru sebagai variabel terikat. Menurut hasil yang diperoleh, bahwa ada pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Komitmen Guru SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. Persepsi tersebut menjelaskan 37 % dari kompensasi dan motivasi, dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari dua variabel bebas tersebut yang paling berpengaruh terhadap komitmen guru adalah kompensasi. Dilihat dari hasil ada pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap komitmen guru, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna untuk membantu manajemen organisasi SMK Bina Insan Mandiri Jakarta Barat, agar dapat meningkatkan kompensasi guru untuk menciptakan motivasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan komitmen guru. Disamping itu hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai gambaran untuk membantu penelitian yang lebih lanjut sebagai bahan penelitian lainnya. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi.
