Abstract
ABSTRAK Birojasa Mayari merupakan birojasa yang ada di Purwakarta yang berdiri sejak tahun 1993. Di tahun 2020 ini birojasa Mayari ingin menambah lokasi kantor cabang baru sebagai langkah mengembangkan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk penentuan keputusan lokasi cabang baru dengan menggunakan metode Center of Gravity (COG) dan metode Analythical Hirarchy Process (AHP). Metode COG dilakukan berdasarkan dua faktor dengan hasil yaitu berdasarkan jumlah customers bertitik koordinat -6.524503, 107.450900 yang berada di Purwakarta Regency, Ciseureuh, Kecamatan Purwakarta serta berdasarkan biaya transportasi yang bertitik koordinat -6.466667, 107.42555 dengan lokasi yang berada di Cigelam, Kecamatan Babakancikao, Purwakarta, sedangkan penelitian dengan metode Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan tiga responden menghasilkan kriteria Transportasi berada diurutan pertama dengan nilai 30 %, Geografis 22%, Keamanan Lingkungan 21%, Sarana & Prasarana 14% dan diurutan terakhir adalah kriteria Biaya sebesar 13% dengan urutan lokasi yang memiliki bobot tertinggi adalah Campaka 1.53, Simpang 1.32, Plered 1.15, dan diurutan keempat adalah Cibening 1.01. Sehingga lokasi yang dipilih adalah lokasi di Campaka. Kata Kunci: Penentuan keputusan, Lokasi cabang baru, AHP, COG . ABSTRACT The Mayari Services is a services that is in Purwakarta which was established in 1993. In 2020, the Mayari Services wants to add a new branch location as a step to develop its business. This research was conducted to determine the decision of a new branch location by using the Center of Gravity (COG) method and the Analythical Hirarchy Process (AHP) method. The COG method is based on two factors with results, based on the number of customers with coordinates of - 6.524503, 107.450900 located in Purwakarta Regency, Ciseureuh, Purwakarta District and based on transportation costs with coordinates of -6.466667, 107.42555 with locations in Cigelam, Babakancikao District, Purwakarta , while research using the Analythical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with three respondents resulted in the transportation criteria being ranked first with a value of 30%, Geographic 22%, Environmental Safety 21%, Facilities & Infrastructure 14% and the last ranking being the Cost criteria of 13% with the order the locations that had the highest weight were Campaka 1.53, Simpang 1.32, Plered 1.15, and the fourth was Cibening 1.01.
