Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap karyawan saat pandemi covid 19 pada PT Century Frachisindo Utama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 175 karyawan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 64 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan probability sampling; simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, compensation, and work environment on employees during the covid 19 pandemic at PT Century Frachisindo Utama. The population in this study were 175 employees. The sample used is 64 employees, calculated based on the slovin formula. The sampling method uses probability sampling; simple random sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance.
