Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.458 karyawan PT PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling kepada 320 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner (angket). Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, workload and competence on employee performance. The population in this study were 1,458 employees of PT PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya. The sampling technique was carried out using probability sampling method, namely simple random sampling to 320 employees. The method of data collection in this research is data collection is done through a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis method used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program. This study proves that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.
