Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stress Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan yang bekerja di RSIA Budhi Jaya dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 134 responden yang merupakan karyawan RSIA Budhi Jaya. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara Stress Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan yang bekerja di RSIA Budhi Jaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dan Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. pada karyawan bekerja di RSIA Budhi Jaya. Kata Kunci: Stress Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi, Turnover Intention The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, work goals and compensation on turnover intention of employees working at RSIA Budhi Jaya using a quantitative descriptive approach. The data in the study were obtained from 134 respondents who are employees of RSIA Budhi Jaya. Data analysis in this study used an alternative method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), namely partial least squares (PLS). The first stage in this research is to test the validity of each variable's questions along with their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between work stress, work goals and compensation for turnover intention on employees who work at RSIA Budhi Jaya. The results of this study state that the variable of job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, work goals have no effect on turnover intention and compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. on employees working at RSIA Budhi Jaya.
