Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use dan perceived risk terhadap intention to Studi kasus pada aplikasi ovo di Dki Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang belum pernah menggunakan Aplikasi Ovo .Penlitian ini dilakukan terhadap 150 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistic dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived of usefulness berpengaruh positif signifikan intention to use. Perceived ease of use berpengaruh positifsignifikan terhadap intention to use . dan Perceived Risk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intention to use. Kata Kunci : perceived of usefulness, Perceived ease of use , Perceived Risk ,intention to use, Aplikasi OVO . This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived risk on intention. A case study of the ovo application in Dki Jakarta and its surroundings. Respondents in this study were people who had never used the Ovo application. This research was conducted on 150 respondents using a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is statistics in the form of SEM- PLS. The results of this study indicate that perceived benefits have a significant positive effect on intention to use. Perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on intention to use. and Perceived Risk has a significant positive effect on intention to use.
