Abstract

Boutique Hotels are hotels located in the city or in the city center. Boutique type hotel is a hotel that is not only functioned as a resort, but also functions as a place of recreation to do business. Boutique Hotel provides facilities for vacation, leisure, to provide business support facilities. By offering the concept of "Modern Javanese Style" and the theme "Puppet" is expected to attract the interest of the community to be able to preserve the Indonesian culture of wayang, because of the fact that we see that Indonesian culture is one of the young generation. The formulation of the problem in this design is how to design and plan the interior of a boutique hotel so that it supports the function of the building as a commercial space. The purpose of this design is to create an exclusive, creative, unique and certainly comfortable boutique hotel interior, fulfilling the taste of modern society, applying artistic, local materials and environmentally friendly materials that are in accordance with the design concept. Keywords: Modern, Wayang, Boutique Hotel, Javanese Butik Hotel adalah hotel yang terletak di perkotaan atau di pusat kota. Hotel berjenis butik merupakan hotel yang tidak hanya di fungsikan sebagai tempat peristirahatan, tetapi fungsilainnya sebagi tempat rekreasi hingga berbisnis. Butik Hotel menyediakan fasilitas untuk berlibur, bersantai, hingga menyediakan fasilitas penunjang bisnis. Dengan menawarkan konsep “Modern Javanese Style”dan tema “Pewayangan” diharapkan dapat menarik minat masyarakat untuk dapat melestarikan budaya Indonesia wayang, karna kenyataan yang kita lihat saat ini budaya Indonesia salah satunya wayang mulai di tinggalkan oleh generasi pemuda. Rumusan masalah pada perancangan ini adalah bagaimana merancang dan merencanakan interior Hotel butik sehingga mendukung fungsi bangunan tersebut sebagai ruang komersial. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk menciptakan interior Hotel butik yang eksklusif, kreatif, unik dan tentunya nyaman, memenuhi cita rasa masyarakat modern, mengaplikasikan material yang artistik, lokal dan material ramah lingkungan yang sesuai dengan konsep desain.
