Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan Otomotif di Indonesia saat ini sangat pesat perkembangannya baik diproses produksi dan non-produksi, perkembangan diproses produksi meliputi pengadaan material kemudian proses perakitan mobil yang diproduksi kemudian untuk diproses non-produksi yaitu beberapa pekerjaan perkantorannya atau administrasinya sudah menggunakan otomasi digital serta terdapat banyak improvement yang dilakukan perusahaan otomotif guna mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Pada Perusahaan Otomotif yang berada di Jakarta sudah melakukan penerapana aplikasi digital pada proses administrasi perjalanan dinas yang mana aplikasi digital ini bernama Business Trip Online (BISTRO), namun aplikasi ini belum sepenuhnya dapat megakomodir proses yang ada pada administrasi perjalanan dinas tepatnya belum dapat berfungsi sebagai alat pembelian tiket pesawat dan voucher hotel untuk perjalanan dinas. Data perjalanan dinas saat ini menunjukkan bahwa dari tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2019 setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan, pada tahun 2019 mencapai 1.410 perjalanan dinas mencakup perjalanan dinas domestik dan internasional, dengan kondisi seperti ini dibutuhkan fungsi pembelian tiket pesawat dan voucher hotel pada aplikasi yang sudah ada, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu staf dalam memproses administrasi perjalana dinas di Perusahaan Otomotif. Proses pengembangan aplikasi membutuhkan calon developer yang sesuai dengan kriteria khusus, dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Perusahan Otomotif dapat menentukan developer, sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan, calon developer aplikasi perjalanan dinas adalah Tim IT Internal, ECommerce dan Travel Agent. Penggunaan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat menentukan developer aplikasi perjalanan dinas yaitu Tim IT Internal yang mendapatkan nilai 0,649 dan menjadi tertinggi dari hasil perhitungan melalui metode AHP. The application development process requires prospective developers who match specific criteria, using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the Automotive Company can determine the developer, according to predetermined needs and criteria, prospective official travel application developers are the Internal IT Team, E-Commerce and Travel Agent. The use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can determine the official travel application developer, namely the Internal IT Team who gets a value of 0.649 and becomes the highest from the calculation results through the AHP method.
