Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention PT Juke Solusi Teknologi. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Juke Solusi Teknologi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 74 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan PT Juke Solusi Teknologi. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Turnover Intention. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the Turnover Intention of PT Juke Solusi Teknologi. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Juke Solusi Teknologi. This research was conducted on 74 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore, the results of this study state that the variabel of work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on Turnover Intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention and organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention of PT Juke Solusi Teknologi employees.
