Abstract
PT XYZ memiliki lebih dari 30 karyawan, sehingga untuk menunjang kemajuan perusahaan perlu adanya apresiasi terhadap karyawan yang telah memberikan dedikasi yang baik. Dalam memberikan apresiasi perlu adanya proses seleksi karyawan terbaik. Sulitnya proses seleksi yang masih manual dan subyektifitas kepala seksi membuat proses menjadi lebih lama dan ada beberapa pegawai yang mengeluhkan keputusan yang tidak tepat sasaran. Dalam permasalahan ini, peneliti mencoba mengubah sistem manual dan subjektivitas dengan menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting. Gambaran umum metode Simple Additive Weighting adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari peringkat kinerja setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Kriteria penentuan karyawan terbaik di PT XYZ adalah absensi, disiplin, ketelitian, kepemimpinan, relasi dan masa kerja. Peringkat dan skor yang lebih tinggi akan menunjukkan bahwa alternatif tersebut lebih terpilih. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting, Karyawan Terbaik PT XYZ has more than 30 employees, so to support the company's progress it is necessary to appreciate the employees who have given good dedication. In giving appreciation, it is necessary to have a selection process for the best employees. The difficulty of the selection process which is still manual and the subjectivity of the section head makes the process take longer and there are some employees who complain about decisions that are not on target. In this problem, the researcher tries to change the manual system and subjectivity by implementing a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method. The general description of the Simple Additive Weighting method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings of each alternative on all attributes. The criteria for determining the best employees at PT XYZ are absenteeism, discipline, thoroughness, leadership, relationships and years of service.
