Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated by employee job satisfaction. The research location is at PT Sumberdaya Dian Mandiri. The population in this study were 95 employees of PT Sumberdaya Dian Mandiri. Samples based on the use of the entire population of observation units are referred to as census techniques. Methods of data collection using questionnaire data collection and library research. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that Transformational Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Job satisfaction in mediating Transformational Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive but not significant effect, and Job satisfaction in mediating Work Motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) ) has a positive and significant effect. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformaisonal dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Kepuasan Kerja karyawan. Lokasi penelitian pada PT Sumberdaya Dian Mandiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 karyawan PT Sumberdaya Dian Mandiri. Sampel berdasarkan penggunaan seluruh populasi unit observasi disebut sebagai teknik sensus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pengumpulan data kuesioner dan penelitian kepustakaan. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, dan Kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi Motivasi Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
