Abstract

This research examined the effect of compensation, competency, and motivation on the performance of acupuncture teachers in LKP Ladika. This research used quantitative approach with descriptive survey method. Data were taken using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 17. Methods of data analysis in this research were multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test, such as normality test and multicollinearity test. At the multiple regression analysis will be shown descriptive statistics, correlation test, determination test, t test and F test. The results of this research shown that compensation, competency and motivation altogether had significant influence toward those performance of acupuncture teachers in LKP Ladika. Partially, only the variable of competency had statistical significant efeect to their performance. Keyword : Compensation, Competence, Motivation, Performance Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tentang pengaruh kompensasi, kompetensi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pendidik akupunktur di LKP Ladika. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey deskriptif. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 17. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik, yang meliputi uji normalitas dan uji multikolinearitas. Dalam analisis regresi berganda, akan diketahui statistik deskriptifnya, uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi; uji t dan uji F. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, kompetensi dan motivasi secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pendidik akupunktur di LKP Ladika. Sementara pada pengujian statistik secara parsial, hanya variabel kompetensi yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pendidik. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Kompetensi, Motivasi, Kinerja.
