Abstract

Kondisi perekonomian Indonesia yang tidak menentu, membuat kinerja PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk mengalami penurunan. Penurunan kinerja dikarenakan kinerja dibeberapa proyek milik PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk tidak memenuhi target produksi seperti di Proyek Becakayu Seksi 2A Ujung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompetensi, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Waskita arya (Persero) Tbk Proyek Becakayu Seksi 2A Ujung. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 60 responden dan di analisis menggunakan SEM PLS dan matriks kolerasi antar dimensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, sedangkan Lingkungan Kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Tetapi secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, penulis menyarankan kepada manajemen perusahaan untuk mengembangkan para pemimpin terkait kepemimpinan transformasional dan melakukan penilaan secara berkala terhadap para pimpinan. Serta perlunya pegembangan kompetensi karyawan dengan pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan pekerjaan dan evaluasi penerapan hasil pelatihan secara berkala, sehingga berdampak terhadap peningkatan karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan Indonesia's economic conditions are uncertain, making the performance of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk experienced a decline. The decline in performance was due to the performance of several projects belonging to PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk not meeting production targets such as the Becakayu Project Section 2A Ujung. This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Competence, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Waskita Arya (Persero) Tbk Becakayu Project Section 2A Ujung. This study used a sample of 60 respondents and analyzed using SEM PLS and correlation matrix between dimensions. The results of this study indicate that Transformational Leadership and Competence have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no effect on employee performance. But simultaneously the three variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest the company management to develop leaders related to transformational leadership and conduct periodic assessments of the leaders. As well as the need for developing employee competencies with training according to job needs and evaluating the implementation of training results on a regular basis, so that it has an impact on employee improvement.
