Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap Kinerja karyawan?, apakah ada pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan? dan apakah ada pengaruh pelatihan dan Motivasi kerja secara bersama- sama terhadap Kinerja karyawan?. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan level gross root pada Departemen Produksi yang bekerja di PT. Otani Premium Paper Industry, Jatake-Tangerang berjumlah 169 karyawan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan, Motivasi kerja dan Kinerja karyawan, variabel pelatihan dinotasikan sebagai variabel X1, variabel Motivasi kerja dinotasikan sebagai variabel X2 sedangkan variabel Kinerja karyawan dinotasikan sebagai variabel Y. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa yang meliputi kajian , menggunakan teknik statistik . Langkah- langkah metode penelitian dilakukan dengan uji reliabilitas , uji validitas , analisis korelasi , analisis regresi berganda , signifikan dan analisis determinasi parsial dan simultan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh antara Motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan dan terdapat pengaruh antara pelatihan dan Motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja karyawan di PT. Otani Premium Paper Industry. Kata kunci : pelatihan, Motivasi kerja, Kinerja karyawan. influence of training to employee’s performance, whether there is an influence of motivation to employee’s performance, or whether there is an influence of training and motivation altogether to employee’s performance. The objects of this research are employee’s at PT. Otani Premium Paper Industry, Jatake-Tangerang. which are 169 people. The variables used in this research are training, motivation and employee’s performance. Training variable is noted as X1 variable, motivation is noted as X2 variable and employee’s performance is noted as Y variable. The research method is quatitative analisys, using statistical techniques. Step-by-step method of research was conducted with test reliability, validity test, correlation analysis, multiple reggresion analysis, significance and analysis of partial and simultancous determination. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The result shows that there are influences of training to employee’s performance, there are influences of motivation to employee’s performance, and there are influences of training and motivation altogether to employee’s performance at PT. Otani Premium Paper Industry. Key words : training, motivation, employee’s performance.
