Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the effect of organizational change, organizational culture, and motivation either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation. The population in this research are 187 people with the respondent amounted to 66 employees with proportional random sampling technique sampling, research method using multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis. Regression analysis was performed to determine wheter the independent variable (Organizational Change, Organizational Culture and Motivation) either partially or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (Performance Employees), and descriptive analysis conducted with data collection through the use of questionnaires to respondents. Results of research at the Dompet Dhuafa Foundation shows that the variable of organizational change, organizational culture, and motivation partially positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, all three independent variables organizational change, organizational culture, and motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance Dompet Dhuafa Foundation. In a test of the correlation between dimensions is obtained that the dimensions of the person / human resources at variable organizational change into the most dominant factor of the dimensions of conceptual abilities in the variable employee performance, dimensional orientation toward the variable of organizational culture becomes the most dominant factor of the dimensions of conceptual abilities in kenerja variable employee, and the dimensions of intrinsic motivation motivation variable becomes the most dominant factor of the dimensions of conceptual abilities in the variable employee performance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 187 orang dengan responden berjumlah 66 karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling, dengan metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi liniear berganda dan analisis deskriptif. Analisis regresi dilakukan untuk menentukan wheter variabel independen (Perubahan Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi) baik secara parsial maupun simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen (Kinerja Karyawan), dan analisis deskriptif dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penggunaan kuesioner kepada responden. Hasil penelitian pada Yayasan Dompet Dhuafa menunjukan bahwa variabel perubahan organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan, ke tiga variabel bebas perubahan organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Yayasan Dompet Dhuafa. Dalam uji korelasi antar dimensi didapatkan hasil bahwa dimensi orang/sumber daya manusia pada variabel perubahan organisasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan terhadap dimensi kemampuan konseptual pada variabel kinerja karyawan, dimensi orientasi terhadap orang pada variabel budaya organisasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan terhadap dimensi kemampuan konseptual pada variabel kenerja karyawan, dan dimensi intrinsik motivasi pada variabel motivasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan terhadap dimensi kemampuan konseptual pada variabel kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Perubahan Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
