Abstract

Berita politik seperti konflik internal yang terjadi pada partai politik di Indonesia, selalu menarik untuk diteliti dan dianalisis. Baik yang diberitakan oleh media massa cetak, elektronika radio dan televisi maupun media online. Penelitian ini menganalisis teks berita Kongres Luar Biasa Partai Demokrat yang dipublish oleh Suara.com. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui konstruksi sosial berita Suara.com tentang Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) Partai Demokrat. Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivisme, yaitu analisis yang melihat wacana sebagai konstruksi sosial atas realitas. Metode penelitian mengunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, melalui analisis teks media menggunakan analisis framing model Zhongdang Pan Gerald M. Kosicki. Subjek penelitian portal berita Suara.com, sedangkan objek penelitian adalah berita terkait Kongres Luar Biasa Partai Demokrat dari tanggal 5 Maret - 31 Maret 2021. Hasil penelitian dari struktur Sintaksis, wartawan Suara.com memberikan porsi yang tidak menonjolkan salah satu pihak, dan memberitakan kepada khalayak tentang Kongres Luar Biasa Partai Demokrat secara berimbang dari kedua kubu. Struktur Skrip, dituliskan lengkap dengan 5W+1H, dari kedua belah pihak, tidak diarahkan serta layak dibaca. Struktur Tematik, fakta ditulis berdasarkan keterangan dari kedua belah pihak, ada juga yang bersumber dari keterangan tertulis, maupun analis dari pakar politik. Struktur Retoris, pilihan kata atau gaya untuk menekankan arti yang ingin ditonjolkan, ditampilkan sesuai dan mewakili kedua kubu, demikian pula foto yang ditampilkan. Suara.com mengemas dan membingkai berita Kongres Luar Biasa Partai Demokrat dengan tidak menonjolkan pihak kubu Moeldoko maupun kubu Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY). Selain itu, lebih menyuarakan kepentingan publik ketimbang kepentingan pemilik modal atau aliansi politiknya. Political news, such as internal conflicts that occur in political parties in Indonesia, is always interesting to study and analyze. Both are reported by print mass media, radio and television electronics as well as online media. This study analyzes the news text of the Extraordinary Democratic Party Congress published by Suara.com. The purpose of this research is to know the social construction of Suara.com news about the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) of the Democratic Party. Answering these problems, the author uses a constructivist approach, namely an analysis that sees discourse as a social construction of reality. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, through media text analysis using a framing analysis of the Zhongdang Pan-Gerald M. Kosicki model. The research subject is Suara.com news portal, while the object of research is news related to the Extraordinary Democratic Party Congress from March 5 - March 31, 2021. The results of the research from the syntactic structure, Suara.com journalists gave a portion that did not highlight one party, and reported to the public about the Extraordinary Democratic Party Congress in a balanced manner from both camps. The structure of the script, written in full with 5W+1H, from both sides, is not directed and deserves to be read. Thematic structure, facts are written based on information from both parties, some are sourced from written statements, as well as analysts from political experts. Rhetorical structure, the choice of words or style to emphasize the meaning that you want to highlight, is displayed according to and represents both sides, as well as the photos that are displayed. Suara.com packaged and framed the news of the Extraordinary Democratic Party Congress by not highlighting the Moeldoko and Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) camps. In addition, they are more voicing the public interest than the interests of the owners of capital or their political alliances.
