Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. KAI Daop 1 Jakarta Divisi Pelayanan. Pendekatan penelitian ini kuantitatif. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regressi. Data awal merupakan data sekunder dari Kantor PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta. Sedangkan data primer merupakan data hasil penelitian, berasal dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Populasi penelitian adalah Karyawan PT. KAI Daop 1 Divisi Pelayanan yang terdiri atas 171 karyawan. Jumlah sampel adalah 63 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi memiiki pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Budaya organisasi dan motivasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan korelasi dimensi yang kuat pada dimensi keagresifan variabel budaya organisasi dan jumlah pekerjaan pada variabel kinerja sedangkan variabel motivasi terjadi korelasi yang kuat pada dimensi kepuasan dan dimensi kualitas pekerjaan pada variabel kinerja. KAI Daop 1 Jakarta This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of organizational culture and motivation on employee erformance PT. KAI Jakarta Daop 1 Services Division. The quantitative research approach. While the data were analyzed using analysis of regression lines. Preliminary data is secondary data from the office of PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta. While the primary data is the research data came from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The study population are employees of PT. KAI Daop 1 Services Division which consists of 171 employees. The number of samples is 63 respondents. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and motivation has influence on the performance. Organizational culture and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. whereas a strong correlation dimension to the dimensions of the variable aggressiveness cultural organization and the amount of work on performance variables while the variable of motivation going strong correlation dimension and quality dimensions of job satisfaction on performance variables.
