Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation, and competence of the organization's commitment to high school teachers and vocational Budi MuliaTangerang. The study design used is descriptive and explanatory research type of survey methods. Data were collected using questionnaires given to 89 respondents, the sampling technique used was census. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction variable t value 8,806, intrinsic motivation variables, the t value 2,208, the changing of teacher competence t value 2.125, the F value of 33.571. Simultaneously, to three independent variables job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation and competence of positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of teachers in high school and SMK Budi MuliaTangerang. It is shown that from 89 0rang, if the variable of job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation, and competence of teachers in developed will get a good result to increase organizational commitment of teachers in schools so that impact on student achievement for the better. Keywords : job satisfaction , intrinsic motivation , competence and commitment to the organization Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi intrisik, dan kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru SMA dan SMK Budi Mulia Tangerang. Desain penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif berjenis riset eksplanatori dengan metode survey. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 89 orang responden, dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja nilai thitung 8,806, variabel motivasi instrinsik, nilai thitung 2,208, variabel kompetensi guru nilai thitung 2,125,nilai Fhitung sebesar 33,571. Secara simultan, ke tiga variable bebas kepuasan kerja, motivasi intrinsik, dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada guru di SMA dan SMK Budi Mulia Tangerang. Hal ini ditunjukkan bahwa dari 89 0rang, jika variabel kepuasan kerja, motivasi instrinsik, dan kompetensi guru di kembangkan akan mendapatkan hasil yang baik terhadap peningkatan komitmen organisasi guru di sekolah sehingga berdampak pada prestasi belajar siswa menjadi lebih baik.
