Abstract

Energy transformation is known as 3D, namely: decarbonisation, decentralisation, and digitalitation. These three things encourage the importance of using technology such as artificial intelligence and big data. The increasing number of electricity consumers in Indonesia with various devices that absorb electrical energy, such as electric vehicles, electric stoves, LED technology, and other modern equipment, requires the State Electricity Company (PLN) to provide reliable and efficient electricity. In order to ensure the fulfillment of the electricity needs of all Indonesians, PLN has the responsibility to improve the quality of services as well as carry out the task of providing adequate electricity for all Indonesians. The electricity company's service indicator is called the System Average Interuption Duration Index (SAIDI). PLN's SAIDI value in 2020 is 763.13 minutes/customer, and it is higher than in other countries. One of the ways to reduce the value of SAIDI is to implement industrial 4.0 technology that can help reduce the duration of blackouts or potential outages. In implementing technology, it is necessary to refer to any technology that can reduce the value of SAIDI. In this study, the author makes a measuring instrument for the readiness of industrial technology 4.0 in the distribution of electric power, as well as its implementation in the form of a conceptual model. The method used is descriptive-quantitative by conducting surveys and simulations. The results of the research show that the industrial 4.0 readiness measurement tool can be a reference in the implementation of technology in electricity companies and can find improvement points, especially in analytical data technology. Keywords: 3D, decarbonisation, decentralisation, dan digitalisation, SAIDI, Industry 4.0, Data Analytics Transformasi energi dikenal dengan istilah 3D, yaitu: dekarbonisasi, desentralisasi, dan digitalisasi. Ketiga hal tersebut mendorong pentingnya penggunaan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan dan big data. Meningkatnya jumlah konsumen listrik di Indonesia dengan berbagai perangkat yang menyerap energi listrik seperti kendaraan listrik, kompor listrik, teknologi LED, dan peralatan modern lainnya menuntut Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) harus menyediakan listrik yang andal dan efisien. Dalam rangka memastikan terpenuhinya kebutuhan listrik seluruh masyarakat di Indonesia, PLN memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memperbaiki kualitas layanan, serta melaksanakan tugas penyediaan tenaga listrik yang memadai bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Indikator layanan Perusahaan Listrik disebut dengan System Average Interuption Duration Index (SAIDI) atau durasi indeks lama padam. Nilai SAIDI PLN tahun 2020 adalah 763,13 menit/pelanggan, dan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Negara lain. Untuk menekan nilai SAIDI salah satunya adalah dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi industri 4.0 yang bisa membantu menekan durasi padam atau potensi padam. Dalam mengimplementasikan teknologi maka dibutuhkan acuan teknologi apa saja yang bisa menurunkan nilai SAIDI. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat alat ukur kesiapan teknologi industri 4.0 pada distribusi tenaga listrik, serta implementasi dalam bentuk model konseptual. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan survey serta simulasi. Hasil dari penilitian menunjukkan bahwa alat ukut kesiapan teknologi industri 4.0 dapat menjadi acuan dalam implementasi teknologi di Perusahaan listrik dan bisa mengetahui titik perbaikannya khususnya pada teknologi data analitik.
