Abstract

Rumah Sakit Pemerintah Jakarta merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan kanker dengan sejumlah peralatan yang tersedia, salah satunya alat Linear Accelerator (Linac) Synergy Platform. Fenomena alat ini mengalami nilai efektivitas yang rendah karena tidak mampu menangani antrian pasien sehingga tidak mampu menurunkan tingkat keparahan penyakit kanker. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi rendahnya nilai Overall Equipment Efectiviness (OEE) dan memberikan saran perbaikan untuk meningkatkan nilai OEE pada alat Linac Synergy Platform. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dengan analisis OEE sebagai parameter keberhasilan. Penerapan TPM pada mesin di Industri Jasa Kesehatan merupakan hal baru dalam penelitian ini karena TPM identik diterapkan di Industri Manufaktur. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan para ahli untuk menentukan potensi mode kegagalan dan faktor penyebab masalah. Hasil penelitian menemukan faktor penyebab yang mempengaruhi rendahnya nilai OEE pada alat Linac Synergy Platform disebabkan oleh downtime loss sebesar 76,29%. Kegagalan terbesar dalam downtime loss berasal dari kerusakan sistem Multi Leaf Collimator (MLC), Interlock hardware dan system on Gun Power Supply error dengan nilai RPN masing-masing 504. Usulan dari penelitian ini dengan ketiga penyebab kegagalan tersebut diperbaiki dengan mengimplementasikan Pilar TPM. Berdasarkan hasil Forum Group Discussion (FGD) yaitu Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance dan Kaizen. Penerapan Pilar TPM secara berkesinambungan dan konsisten telah menghasilkan peningkatan nilai rata-rata OEE pada alat Linac Synergy Platform dari 73,39% menjadi 86,00%. The phenomenon of this tool has a low effectiveness value because it is not able to handle the queue so it is not able to reduce the severity of cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the causal factors that affect the low value of Overall Equipment Efectiviness (OEE) and provide suggestions for improvement to increase the OEE value on the Linac Synergy Platform tool. This study uses a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach with OEE analysis as a success parameter. The application of TPM on machines in the Health Service Industry is a new thing in this study because TPM is applied in the Manufacturing Industry. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with experts to determine potential failure modes and factors causing problems. The results of the study found that the causal factors that influenced the low OEE value on the Linac Synergy Platform tool were caused by a downtime loss of 76.29%. The biggest failure in downtime loss comes from damage to the Multi Leaf Collimator (MLC) system, Interlock hardware and the system on the Gun Power Supply error with an RPN value of 504 each. The proposal from this study with the three causes of failure is corrected by implementing the TPM Pillar. results Based on the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) namely Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance and Kaizen. The consistent and consistent implementation of the TPM Pillar increases the average OEE score on the Linac Synergy Platform from 73.39% to 86.00%.
