Abstract

Bekerja dari rumah sudah terjadi sejak peraturan pemerintah yang memberlakukan pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) di Jakarta. Perlambatan ekonomi berdampak pada kinerja karyawan terutama pada perusahaan jasa yang mengutamakan sistem kerja menggunakan promosi, penjualan, dan pemasaran. Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh antara variabel yang digunakan yaitu kepuasan kerja (JS), pengaturan kerja fleksibel (FWA), dan kinerja karyawan (EP) pada perusahaan asuransi di Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara online dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert sebagai data primer, perhitungan populasi menggunakan rumus Slovin. Kemudian akan diuji menggunakan pemodelan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) melalui pendekatan PLS (Partial Least Square) pada program Smart PLS 3.3.2, yang kemudian akan dilanjutkan dengan pengelompokan menggunakan FIMIX-PLS. Hasil penelitian pada H2 dan H3 diterima hipotesisnya, Sementara HI dan H4 ditolak. Setelah mengetahui hasil hipotesis, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis pengelompokan menggunakan FIMIX- PLS menunjukkan bahwa k = 5 merupakan segmen terbaik dengan nilai EN paling signifikan. Pengaturan jam kerja fleksibel pada perusahaan asuransi tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Sebaliknya, karyawan merasa kepuasan kerja memiliki peran penting dalam kinerja mereka. Hasil FIMIX-PLS mendukung pengelompokan data menjadi lima cluster, dan yang terbesar berada pada kelompok pertama. Working from home has occurred since the government regulation in which large- scale social restrictions (PSBB) came into effect in Jakarta. An economic slowdown affects employee performance, especially in service companies that prioritize work systems using promotion, sales, and marketing. The background in this study aims to identify the influence between the variables used, namely job satisfaction (JS), flexible work arrangements (FWA), and employee performance (EP) at insurance companies in Jakarta. The data collected in this study was conduct online using a Likert-scale questionnaire as the primary data, the population calculation using the Slovin formula. Then will be tested using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) modelling through the PLS (Partial Least Square) approach in the Smart PLS 3.3.2 program, which will then continue to group using FIMIX-PLS. The research results on H2 and H3 accepted that the hypothesis, While HI and H4 rejected. After knowing the results of the hypothesis, then the grouping analysis using FIMIX-PLS shows that k = 5 is the best segment with the most significant EN value. Flexible working hours arrangements at insurance companies have not had a significant effect. On the contrary, employees feel job satisfaction has an essential role in their performance. The results of FIMIX-PLS support grouping the data into five clusters, and the largest is in the first group.
