Abstract
This study aims to identify and explain the effect of competence and commitment of the actors handling activities in post-conflict areas. This study uses quantitative methods. The study population all employees at the Regional Directorate of Post- Conflict Handling Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration as a principal perpetrator of the central and district level a number of 106 people. Technical sampling by saturation sampling (sampling census) in which all members of the population used as a sample. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research found the competence and commitment of a significant effect on the performance of the actors handling activities in post-conflict areas. On the results of this study suggested that the Ministry of Rural, Rural Development held a certified technical training and provides the opportunity for employees to participate in activities outside of the office to be a moderator / speaker so that the perpetrators of activity have better competence and high commitment to improve the performance of activities. Keywords : performance, competence, commitment, Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen para pelaku kegiatan penanganan daerah pasca konflik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian seluruh pegawai pada Direktorat Penanganan Daerah Pasca Konflik Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi sebagai pelaku tingkat pusat dan pelaku tingkat kabupaten sejumlah 106 orang. Teknis pengambilan sampel dengan sampling jenuh (sampling sensus) dimana semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Analisa data menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan kompetensi dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja para pelaku kegiatan penanganan daerah pasca konflik. Pada hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal mengadakan pelatihan teknis bersertifikasi dan memberikan kesempatan kepada pegawai untuk mengikuti kegiatan luar kantor untuk menjadi moderator/narasumber agar para pelaku kegiatan memiliki kompetensi yang lebih baik dan komitmen yang tinggi sehingga meningkatkan kinerja kegiatan.
