Abstract
This study aims to identify and explain (1) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (2) the effect of intrinsic motivation on employee performance, (3) the effect of labor discipline on empoyee performance, (4) the effect of satitiosfaction, intrinsic motivation, and discipline to employee performance Puri Cinere Hospital. This research includes the study using a quantitative approach. The pupolation in the study of 610 employee Puri Cinere Hospital Depok. With 242 sample used by slovin formula. The data were collected by quetioner that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% show that : job satisfaction, intrinsik motivation, and discipline simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance, with a contribution of 54.5%. Partially, job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance, 23% of employee performance variation can explained by the changes/variations in job statisfaction variables. Intrinsic motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, 43.9% of the variation of employee performance can be explaines by the change/variation in intrinsic motivation variable. Similarly, work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance, 43.1% of the variation of employee performance can be explained by the chages/variation in variable labor discipline Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Intrinsic Motivation, Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan (1) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan (4) pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi intrinsik, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Rumah Sakit Puri Cinere. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 610 orang karyawan Rumah Sakit Puri Cinere Depok. Teknik sampel yang digunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 242 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukkan bahwa: kepuasan kerja, motivasi intrinsik, dan disiplin kerja simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 54.4%. Secara parsial kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 23% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan/variasi dalam variabel kepuasan kerja. Motivasi intrinsik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 43.9% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan/variasi dalam variabel motivasi intrinsik. Begitu pula disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 43.1% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan/variasi dalam variabel disiplin kerja Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Intrinsik, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
