Abstract
Decision making in choosing a contractor is part of a procurement process that has an impact risk to PT Pertamina EP Asset 3. The purpose of this study was to analyze the criteria and the process of selecting contractors chemical in order to take the decision to choose a contractor to support the operations of PT Pertamina EP Asset 3 using Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The research design is a case study involving four (4) contractors chemical. Consensus on the criteria of chemical contractor involving eight (8) experts obtained after a three (3) rounds. Weights consecutive priority criteria is safety and environment, price, quality, delivery, flexibility and service. Based on the analysis results generated priority contractor was PT. Elnusa Petrofin, followed by PT. Eon chemicals Putra, PT. Sasfindo Multi Yasa and PT. LuasBirusUtama. Related to the results of the study was safety and environmental issues become a strategic issue and a top priority that must be considered in selecting contractors chemical. PT Pertamina EP Asset 3 need to do an internal evaluation related to the analysis of the use of the new criteria and methods of selection of contractors in accordance with operating conditions.
