Abstract

One of electric train (KRL) disruption cause is there's a disruption on flux over electricity system (LAA). Therefore, it is needed a research to determine the maintenance quality on LAA and a method which can be used to increase the maintenance quality of it. This research intended to analyze the quality level of LAA maintenance which is used parameters of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), identifying attributes maintenance has a big influential to raising eforts on LAA maintenance quality and to compile LAA proposal technique of tools maintenance It is used a model Maintenance Quality Function Development (MQFD). This research was done at resort 1.6 pasar minggu. This research used MQFD, a maintenance strategy developing model based on TPM parameters analysis to measure level of quality maintenance and a design from House Of Quality (HOQ) to increase maintenance quality level. These are the reports of TPM parameter analysis : the result shows Mean Down time (MDT) decreased on 0,6 hour, which Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) shows 15 hours, and Mean Time Total Repair (MTTR) shows 7 hours. The result of OEE shows is 81%. There are 40 attribute of HOQ LAA tools, 13 prior attributes and 8 technical languages. There are 13 proposals of MQFD result to increase LAA tools maintenance. Keywords: Electric Train (KRL), Flux Over Electricity (LAA), Maintenance of Quality Function Deployment (MQFD), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), House of Quality (HOQ) Salah satu penyebab gangguan perjalanan kereta api listrik (KRL) ialah terjadinya gangguan pada sistem listrik aliran atas (LAA). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui kualitas pemeliharaan LAA saat ini dan metode yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemeliharaan LAA. Berdasarkan hal itu, Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa tingkat kualitas pemeliharaan LAA dengan menggunakan parameter-parameter Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Mengidentifikasi atribut-atribut pemeliharaan yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap upaya peningkatan kualitas pemeliharaan LAA dan Menyusun usulan teknis pemeliharaan peralatan LAA menggunakan model Maintenance Quality Function Deployment (MQFD). Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah resor 1.6 pasar minggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan model MQFD yang merupakan sebuah model pengembangan strategi pemeliharaan berdasarkan analisa parameter-parameter TPM untuk mengukur tingkat kualitas pemeliharaan dan perancangan House Of Quality (HOQ) untuk memperbaiki kualitas pemeliharaan. Berikut ini hasil penelitian analisa parameter-parameter TPM: Hasil Mean Down Time (MDT) menunjukkan rata-rata down time 0,6 jam, nilai Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) rata-rata 15 jam, dan nilai rata-rata Mean Time Total Repair (MTTR) 7 jam. Nilai OEE menunjukkan hasil rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 81%. Untuk hasil HOQ diketahui terdapat 40 atribut peralatan LAA, 13 atribut utama dan 8 bahasa teknis. Usulan teknis dari hasil MQFD sebanyak 13 usulan untuk memperbaiki kualitas pemeliharaan peralatan LAA.
